WOYWW

I am very late posting, one of those days. Wanted to pop in though.
Thanks for comments last week. I was late getting to some of you but I think I got there eventually. Sorry if I missed anyone.

It would seem that the problem I have connecting to Julia's blog is due to being with BT. Thanks to those who have said. I need to try and get BT to tweak something.
Meanwhile I 'm on my mobile again :-)
This was my desk last night and first thing this morning.

I have just finished 7 kits for the ladies who used to come and craft. I am a tad crafted out.  I have a few birthday cards to make and a Ruby Wedding Card for my S.I.L. it is also her 60th birthday the same day. Never a dull moment.
Take care all. I will visit desks but won't be today now.

  1. Well, it’s lovely to see you on the desks today, hope you have better luck with BT! Your ladies must be pleased that you’re doing the craft kits, a lovely thing to do!

  2. Hi Anne. Goodness. What a lot of purple and lilac on your desk today. Hope the kits have all come out well and that the folks who will receive them will enjoy doing them.
    Take care. God bless.

  3. Hi Anne, BT have caused many problems my way recently they've been changing copper wiring and lost connection and lines in areas of the midlands, I hope you can get that tweak tweaked and sorted soon without too many issues. Looks like you will be busy with those cards and kits Birthdays and special occasions always come at once don't they.

  4. Morning Ann...(it's a very late or early on Thursday morning) I had an email from BlogLovin? Didn't even know I was a member, it popped up blogs I should follow..most of them I thought I already did. Twiglet was there, (so then I realised where it says 'followers' is not the same and Bloglovin' anyway, clicked 'follow' and stayed awhile going back on all the woyww's I'd missed (on Jo's blog through Bloglovin) wish I could knit! She is sooo clever. Its the same blog, so I don't quite 'get'the two different links to link up! Then I saw your name and remembered you might not be on Julia's linkup, so here I am! You have a lot of purples on your desk. Usually the first colour I buy if I'm trying out a different pen. Stay Safe Happy WOYWW ((Lyn)) #6

  6. Hi Anne. If you want to know how to make the little people, let me know. They are mostly little faces made with stockinette (sock fabric) and then I stitch them on and trim them up! A covid blanket sounds like a fun idea to make a nice memory of this horrid time. xx Jo

  7. Hello Anne! I spotted what you said about BT and you should be able to sort it out for yourself. Len just did it here as I too was having issues with Julia's blog. BT introduced this new security layer called 'web protect' and ever since then I've been getting a message that her blog site is unsafe, which of course isn't true. And it wouldn't even let me override that and take the risk. So, Len went into our online BT account and turned 'web protect' off and it's all working fine now. It does mean you need to be vigilant for rogue/unsafe websites - but if they pick up Julia as unsafe it makes me wonder how good web protect is anyhow.

  9. Sounds like you've been overdoing it. Can you take some time off from it all and start again fresh after a while? Enjoy making the cards for the family. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  11. Sorry I’m late and, lovely to see your blog, anywhere on the WOYWW list will do, the time doesn’t matter, as you can see, it takes me three days to get round! Meanwhile, yes...I’m afraid you have to contact BT customer service and ask them to remove whatever protocols they have in place that block your access to stamping-ground. I’ve asked them myself, but because I’m not a BT customer, I didn’t get very far. Twiglet is the same, and a couple of non WOYWW readers have encountered it too...BT just need asking/telling, apparently. It’s an easy tweak for them.
Loving the range of colours you’ve been using, kitting is a tiring business isn’t it. And then it looks as if you have a month full of card needing occasions too, that’s me too. March requires about 18 cards from me for various things! Good luck I know you won’t be crafted out for long!

  13. You sound busy, Anne. Sorry to hear you've had computer woes. We had endless problems with BT in our old house and I got really fed up with them. Hope all will soon be well with yours, anyway. I love what I can see of the card on your desk - it looks really pretty.

    Happy belated WOYWW,
