I managed to do my craft class last Saturday - had to cancel previous one due to feeling so poorly. I wasn't 100% but I enjoyed it. Had eight ladies and I sold some of my retired Stampin' Up! items - so I can buy some new ones :-) Also gave out some new catalogues so I think I might have encouraged some ladies to spend some money- was going to say pennies but that sounded completely wrong !!lol :-) I'm such an enabler!!
I have had some cards to make for family and friends - have been working on those this afternoon after I'd been to Sugar Craft. I was going to go in the garden but there was a storm and a lot of rain.
So I have photographed my 'desk' this evening
I am working on the blue card - it is for my grandson who will soon be eleven!! Some stamping and embossing - also punching out some balloons. Not entirely happy yet - don't have long to play though.
Made all the above on Saturday with the ladies. Not a very clear photo - the light was not very good.Hope you can see. The hand sanitiser was cased from Erica Cerwin, the others were inspired by some I have seen. Ladies enjoyed making them.
Well short and sweet for me I guess. I really am finding things hard work at the moment.
If you want to see far more interesting desks than mine then pop over to Jan's lovely blog Jan is hosting WOYWW while the lovely Julia is recuperating. Pleased to hear she has been doing so well.
I will visit as many as I can manage. Hopefully back soon.
Fab desk, nice cards, feel better soon

I really don't think all this rain helps at the mo. It's bringing down the pollen and my asthma is troublesome. Hope you're feeling much better very soon.

ReplyDeleteHi Anne, seems like you and I had the same illness at the same time.. I'm just barely over mine either and missed a whole month of swimming. I'm back to the pool today. I hope you snap back soon. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are feeling a bit better. At least well enough to do a workshop.

Some nasty bugs about - my sister in law has had one for the last 3 weeks and, like you, has been feeling awful - like a bad bout of flu. Take it easy. x Jo
ReplyDeleteOh Anne, I do hope you are feeling better soon, but you still managed to make some pretty cards.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my 'desk', and I didn't get to spend all day in that chair. Too much else to do, shopping mainly, having reached a town.
Bless you
