It's Wednesday - again- so it's time to go and have a look at lots of crafty desks around the globe. All the idea of the lovely Julia !!! If you'd like to play click on the WOYWW button at bottom of my blog. I thought I wasn't going to make it this week as we have had problems with t'internet. DH messed about ( I just kept my fingers crossed- he doesn't have a clue) he finally phoned someone and we are back yay. I have almost finished moving my stuff to a new location 'the dining room'. Still a bit of sorting left. Found it hard to start crafting again- things not to hand as they were but getting there. Had to make three cards this week so had to get on with it!!!
My desk downstairs is quite small - the left side
the right side - you can see all my christmas clear stamps in cream container- hope I'm going to get started soon!!!
So as not a lot of space to work there
so the dining table where I can really spread out!!!!! A bit red and orange.
A card for a swap.Distressed and stamped and there are some stickles applied but you can't really see them here.
A little thankyou card below
And sadly I had to make two Sympathry cards. My DIL's uncle (her mum's brother ) died suddenly last week.
Well that's all for this week. Off to link up and then have a look at some other desks. Anne x

ReplyDeleteThe dining room table was my mom's creative center of action and she produced many wonderful projects there, Anne. [Your work area is much tidier than hers was usually:)]

ReplyDeleteSome beautiful cards here Anne and I love that you 'spread' to the dining table - that's the sign of a crafter with a lot going on. Happy WOYWW, hugs Buttons #6
ReplyDeleteIt's good to be able to spread out and you made a wonderful job of those cards.
ReplyDeleteThe dining table does look much more spacious! :) Hope you get comfortable with where all your supplies are real soon...I know just what you mean there. I love to organize my craft cave but afterwards I will reach for something and find it not there! Isn't that silly? When you know *you* are the one who moved it?! Still it takes a little time for the body to catch up with the brain, or something like that. Lovely cards, very crisp and clean looking...sometimes I, personally, get carried away with the ink! But you appear to be a model of restraint. :)

Love your cards, they are gorgeous. Have a great week, Shaz #107
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards Anne. it's strange isn't it, takes a lot of moving and sorting and trying before you can be really settled into a new space. Not being able to find stuff is a bit frustrating for a while, makes me panic that I'm slowing down!!!
