Thank you for all the lovely comments last week and good wishes re my knee problem - no more news there yet.
At last I've photographed my received ATC's
Above top row envelope and ATC from Lottie, card and (bird) ATC from Sharon Madson
Second row - pink envelope/ATC from Regina, blue card ( with lovely verse) and 'quilted hug' from Annie
Above - top row first one from Maggie (Silver Crafter), orange ATC from BJ, bird card and ATC from Elizabeth
Row two - from Cindy and second from the lovely Jo ( Twiglet)
Below - floral card and butterfly ATC from Diane Baker Williams , Hello Friend card, ATC and bits and pieces from Robyn ( Waterlily Cards ) - there's also a better view of the ATC from Maggie
Thank you everyone they are all fabulous.
My desk ( AKA dining table) is very bare of any crafting etc. I have almost tidied everything away after my class on Saturday - which went very well. Ladies loved the card and were anxious to know when I was doing the next one - very flattering for me -
We made cards for males and I did CASE them / used some I saw for inspiration. I find it very hard to come up with cards for men !!!!
The box at the back was courtesy of PaperCraft Button. The one at very back inspired by Paula Knall - I can't remember where I saw inspiration for other two.
My workspace - as I said very bare!!!
Other end of table with last few bits to put away and stamps to clean.
Ah this is where everything is :-) I'd seen these in a lot of craft rooms. Did convince myself I didn't need it. Then talked myself round :-) It's great cos it means I can have everything handy but just wheel it out of dining room when I need to tidy up!!!
A bit picture heavy - sorry.
If you would like to join in WOYWW pop over to Julia's Blog and join in the fun.
I will visit all who visit me and those who have same number as me. See you soon. x

Hi Anne,
ReplyDeleteHmm. I'm going to have to go back and examine my photo and look for the owl. I have always enjoyed that sort of thing. I was always laying on my back in the grass, looking up in the clouds to see what shapes they would make.
You received a nice collection of ATCs and cards. So glad your class went well!
Happy WOYWW (way early - haven't posted yet).
Hugs,
Kay

Beautiful work on the cards, everyone :) I think finding designs that are right for men is difficult too. And your supply cart is a brilliant idea, Anne! So glad that your class went well and your students are eager to learn more [the sign of a good teacher!] xx
ReplyDeleteHi Anne, fabulous collection of ATCs, wasn't it fun. Glad the class went well and the ladies enjoyed themselves, great male cards, I too struggle with them. Great mobile storage unit too. Happy WOYWW and have a super week RobynO#8

Lovely ATCs and received cards, Anne. Beautiful cards for the men there on your windowsill. Like the one with the world and the ship - would be a great one for one of our SIL. He is VERY into sailing!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

I'm enjoying seeing everyone's ATCs an the variety of creativity on WOYWW. I love your new cart and can see how useful it is for wheeling your stuff around, plus it is really cute looking to boot. The cards for men are wonderful and I agree, so hard to come up with ideas for masculine cards. Judy # 72
ReplyDeleteSuch a stunning array of ATCs. I have two days at Annie's with the twins this week so no sewing or crafting for me. Have a lovely week. x Jo
ReplyDeleteIt's been a long day full of fun for me but that means this has been my first chance to call by at my blogging friends to see what they have all been up to so I'm sorry for the delay this week.
ReplyDeleteReally love all your ATCs and the cards you made are really gorgeous Anne.
Hugs,
Annie x # 17
Very cool cards! Used one of my favorite SU stamp sets, the ship. Great trolley for moving your stash around. Thanks for the earlier visit! Hugs and Happy WOYWW! Nan G #53

Ooh Anne, I know a lot of people who are hankering to justify purchase of your new trolley! I it seems to be a big hit with the Project Life cohort....and a lovely colour. like the men's cards very much, and am impressed by your tidy desk. I haven't done much at mine but it's still overloaded with 'stuff'!
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm loving those cards for men - especially the one with the ship - just fab as they can be difficult to make to men. Love the trolley too - how great to have everything in one place and just wheel it about. Thanks so much for stopping by my desk today, I hope you have a great week,

All so organised and tidy, Anne, and what fabulous ATCs you received! I was really sorry not to be able to take part this year but just too much going on I'm afraid. Many thanks for your visit and your nice comment - I'm very glad that my various medical problems are receiving attention even if not being cured - alleviation of symptoms is a huge bonus for me! Glad you like what I'm working on at the moment, too.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW,

I was glad to see you received my ATC and to see all the other wonderful ones that came your way. I love that cart. Have seen it before, looks handy. Where is it from? Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. Diane #71
ReplyDeletesuch beautiful work and a clean desk too!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cards for men, think I might just have those splatter stamps so I could make some too. LOL.
ReplyDeleteYes being in the garden does make one feel better, that and passing the anniversary of my Dad's passing (it messes me up every year) and empathy for you and the knee as my hip is still sore and that can get you down can't it, although glad to see you in good spirits. BJ
Hi Anne, sorry a bit late returning your visit, I was unpacking boxes.
ReplyDeleteDidn't you have a lovely crop of ATC's, lucky lady.
Wish I could get to one of your classes, I am always floored by men cards, especially for the ones with no specific hobby, yours look great.
