Friday's smile - just about!!

Just about managed to join in with Friday's Smile hosted by the lovely Annie - pop over and visit she will be so pleased to see you.
This made me smile because we were in beautiful Yorkshire, fabulous weather and were visiting our eldest son and his family. This was in their garden and the boys asked me to be the 'commentator' They said you were really good at it Grandma - will you come and do it again. Love these boys so much and just thoughts of them make me smile. Have a lovely weekend everyone. x

  5. We had goal posts in the garden too, many moons ago! I don't think I would have been a very good commentator though. Family times are so precious aren't they?
I have lots of happy memories to smile at from my recent visit to UK too. You were wondering whereabouts in Birmingham I was. Son number five lives in Erdington - not my favourite bit of Birmingham, but he is happy enough there. I enjoyed browsing the shops in the Bullring as we have no large departmental stores around here. I also visited son number one in Pendeford, Wolverhampton, son number two in Oswestry, and son number four in Manchester, so we got about a bit! (number three has just moved to Denmark so hopefully I'll be visiting him one day). Kate x

  7. Rather late visiting the smiles - I'm calling them Tuesday Smiles instead!
I don't know how familiar you are with foreign football commentators - they tend to be a little eccentric and loud - I'm imagining you yelling, "gooooooooooooooooooool" with a South American accent :D
    Thanks for the smile!
