WOYWW 188

Here we go again it's Wednesday and time for WOYWW. Time to go and look at other crafters desks and doings, usually much more interesting than mine I have to admit. If you'd like to join in pop along to the http://stamping-ground.blogspot.co.uk/ and join in the fun.

Since last week I have been continuing to sort out my craft stuff after the move downstairs. Have organised quite a lot and now need to put labels on trays and drawers so that I don't have to keep looking in every drawer to find what I'm looking for. Still need to find homes for some of my things and am sure I will be trying things in different places for a while yet :-) I still need to organise my dies and stamps and am not sure how I want to store them yet. Still looking for solutions.
I have been working on a christening present and card for my great niece Tabitha who is going to be christened on Sunday  plus various birthday cards- can't show them yet. Have also completed a couple of sewing jobs , stitched up a little bit of knitting and painted 3 wooden hearts and 3 small heart shaped boxes  ready for decoration. More news of those in a later post.
I also joined in   Creative JumpStart Summit 2013 I read about someone else joining in when I was looking at someones blog last week. However for a while there was a problem with getting emails about each days Jumpstarters - so I am behind. Hope I will be able to show you what I've tried at some point. I just wanted to try something different.
Sorry you want to see my desk well here we are

I don't sit at this little desk as such but have moved my promarkers there as they are more easy to get at and I may well sit here to colour. You can see my Cath Kidston stickers ready to start labelling.

Where I mostly work now on the dining table - all the bits and pieces from this weeks makes.

To the left a bit!!!! You can see that DH keeps me supplied with lots of mugs of tea.

As you can see there was lovely sunshine streaming through the kitchen window this morning. Below are another lot of knitting my group have been doing for Africa. Lovely outfits for 'Fish and Chip babies' and a cardigan and teddy. I have also made a blanket - 36 squares but not put together as yet - it will be posted later. Didn't the ladies do well.

|Well that's it for now I'm off to link up with Julia's blog and then have a nose around. I will visit as many other blogs as I can - may be a bit late with some. Will comment on everyone who leaves me a comment.

  1. Oh Anne, are you ok ?? You sounded a bit down on your comment.... I love the fact that there's lots of knitting for charitynn your desk today. What are the squares for? I'd love to say ill do some for you but I feel like that I have enough on my plate at the moment with everything else. Good luck with the project though :)

  16. Your ladies certainly did do well with their makes. It is interesting that you are moving downstairs when I moved upstairs so that I did not take over the whole dining room. Being in my own room does mean I can leave work in the middle and go back to it later. Thank you for your visit this week. xx Maggie #32
