. Anyway after not
feeling so good this morning and a good talking to by elder son I went to A&E this
morning. Four hours later after blood test, chest xray it was discovered it's
bronchilitis. I had to go on nebuliser before I came home and was prescribed an
inhaler and have to continue with antibiotics. I have to stay warm and take it
easy, go back if any problems. So I should be able to sit and craft :-) there's
always a silver lining. The doctor at the hospital said he suspected pneumonia
at first and understood why doctor last night acted as he did. He said it was
good I'd gone along sooner rather than later. I delayed going because I thought
it would clear on it's own and with all the talk of not bothering doctor for
coughs and colds and too many antibiotics are being prescribed you feel you are
making too much fuss.
Mind you after watching a young woman go in to see doc,
sit and munch through a packet of crisps, drop some on floor and leave them
along with packet when she bounced out I didn't feel so bad about going there.
Thank you for all the good wishes and don't worry Di about your comment. I think what you said about your experience helped me decide to go today which was a good thing. Have great weekend everyone. Anne xx
I'm so glad you are on the mend, I was worried about you!
ReplyDeleteTake it easy and enjoy your 'enforced' crafting - hope it clears up quickly.
